How Outsourced HR Works

We offer flexible, tiered support designed to match your team size and HR needs.  Every partnership starts with a foundation (aka: onboarding project) and then we work with you to make sure support  is provided where its needed and matters most.

01 The Foundation

Every new client begins here. We conduct a comprehensive HR audit, identify and help remedy gaps, and create a custom employee handbook (aka: playbook) tailored to your business, and set up proper record-keeping systems. 

02 Ongoing Support

Once your foundation is in place, we offer tiered monthly support with plans starting at 5 hours per month.  We'll help you choose the right tier based on your team size and complexity. Each month, we strategize with you on how to best use your hours based on what's happening in your business.

You gain a trusted advisor and expert to support your role as "employer".   You'll receive support across the essential HR functions your business needs.  Here's how that might look:
